I'm Brad. I've been making software for over 20 years, and lately I've been building AI systems: memory, knowledge systems, agents and agent harnesses. I take companies' ideas and build them into finished products.

The best first step is to set up a call, so we can work out how I can help. Or you can email me.

  1. Pressmaster

    2025–present

    Lead AI developerknowledge systemsAI

Pressmaster helps founders and teams turn their expertise into content. I built the knowledge graph behind its AI Twin, a 3D map of what a user knows that they can explore, built from their own material. I also built the agent platform inside the product, with sub-agents, tools and permissions, so agents can work across the whole product.

    Live at pressmaster.ai.

  2. Tinfoil

    2026

    Contract developerAI

Tinfoil, a YC Spring 2025 company, runs private, verifiable AI inference inside secure enclaves. I worked on developer experience: I restructured its TypeScript SDK for the 1.0 release, added browser-compatibility checks to its CI, and fixed streaming, routing and uploads in Tinfoil Chat. I also prototyped a confidential memory service designed to run in its own enclave.

Live at tinfoil.sh. My SDK commits are public.

  3. Intelemodel

    2024–2026

    Consulting AI engineerAI

Intelemodel builds AI systems for businesses. I built AI for construction companies, working from their building plans, and then AI for lawyers, working through large sets of case documents.

  4. Zinc Agency

    2022

    Consultantexperiences

Zinc produced private, talent-hosted experiences and hospitality for companies. I built a system for launching a themed landing site for each experience in about an hour, with lead management and spam filtering.

    Acquired by Elevate in 2024.

    2021–2022

    Product and engineering

A crypto creator app, where I helped on product and engineering.

  6. Perennial Events

    2020–2022

    Technical lead and developerexperiencese-commerce

Perennial Events, founded by ticket-business veterans, sold hospitality packages for the Masters golf tournament: tickets, housing and VIP events. I built the whole marketplace, first on WooCommerce and then as a Ruby on Rails rebuild, and hired and managed the designers, developers and marketers around it. I also built a lead-generation funnel that brought in six figures in bookings.

    The business is on hold.

  7. InSeats

    2013–2019

    Developerticketing

InSeats is an online ticket marketplace for concerts, sports and theater. I redesigned and rebuilt its website, and built its ticket inventory system and internal tools.

    Live at inseats.com.

  8. Stagirite

    2013–2016

    Consulting engineerknowledge systems

Stagirite was an archival and knowledge system for saving information from the web. I built the tools that captured web pages and classified them with machine learning, including a neural-network cleaner that extracted the content of a page. It was my first knowledge-systems work.

  9. GoTickets

    2012–2013

    Lead developerticketing

I came back to GoTickets as an employee and led development of the site, front end and back end. I hired developers, planned the rebuild of a ten-year-old codebase, and integrated the site with PrimeSport after the acquisition.

    Acquired by PrimeSport in 2013.

  10. Tumblr

    2012

    Software engineer

Tumblr, the blogging platform, in New York. I worked on the website and on the spam team, keeping spam off the platform.

  11. Goviva

    2011–2012

    Lead developerexperiencese-commerce

A marketplace for once-in-a-lifetime experiences, such as VIP sports packages and dinners with celebrity chefs. I built the consumer product, front end and back end, including its relaunch from Elite Experiences as Goviva, and worked on the tools behind its corporate side, which put on experiences for companies and their clients.

Acquired by CAA (Creative Artists Agency) in 2015.

  12. RentACarNow.com

    2008–2011

    Lead developer and partnere-commerce

A car rental search engine that compared rates from many rental companies in one search. I built it from scratch, including the systems that talked to dozens of vendor reservation APIs, and worked on its marketing and growth.

  13. TownNews

    2007–2008

    Programmere-commerce

TownNews put newspapers online. I worked on Ad-Owl, its classifieds product, which let readers find, buy and list items on their local paper's site. Bug fixes, new features and a simpler interface raised its revenue 30 percent in a year.

    TownNews is now BLOX Digital.

  14. Coalmarch Productions

    2003–2004

    Programmer, placed at GoTicketsticketinge-commerce

My first job was at Coalmarch Productions, a web development agency, which placed me in GoTickets' offices to work on the online ticket broker's product with its team. I helped move the site off a Yahoo! store onto a custom system and wrote half of its e-commerce backend.

GoTickets is still in business at gotickets.com.
