Bit.sv brand board from the design files: the B mark and the line "Becoming Independent Together"

If PoW.Market was the infrastructure, Bit.sv was the consumer layer. Think Twitter with microtransactions, or Patreon on Bitcoin, built around good content. In the feed, tapping a post unlocked it through a simple paywall and sent a small payment straight to the creator. Proof of work from PoW.Market fed into quality voting, upvotes and downvotes.

The goal was a new creator economy: many independent creators earning a living directly from a core audience. It grew out of Open Directory. Alongside it I built Hummingbird, an open source framework for real-time Bitcoin apps.
